We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated times and charges are shown at checkout and can vary by destination, courier conditions and public holidays.
Receiving your order
Please check the parcel condition when it arrives. If anything appears damaged or incorrect, take photos or a short video and contact Toyez with your order number.
Returns
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for eligible unused items. Products should remain in original condition with packaging and accessories. Hygiene-sensitive, opened, personalised or clearance items may not be eligible unless defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected. Timing depends on the original payment method and payment provider.
